Employment Service Program

• Regular Employment Clients will be referred to our agency for job coaching by VR.

• All clients will be prepared by employment specialist for interviews through conducting mock interviews before initial interviews.

• Clients will be go with employment specialist to all interviews.

• There will be communication with employer and client after interview to see if client is hired.

• If client is hired, employment specialist will then assist client with filling out new employee paperwork and tax information.

• Once start date has been assigned, employment specialist (ES) will meet client at their first day of work to assist with training that may be needed.

• Employment specialist will have open communication with employer and client through phone calls and visits to encourage successful employment .

• Employment specialist will stay in contact with employer and client for 90-day completion period.
